SSC Youth Orchestra takes the stage for a special side-by-side performance of Coleridge-Taylor’s The Bamboula, Rhapsodic Dance for Orchestra, conducted by Elijah Langille. Other works on the program include Liberty Fanfare, a triumphant tribute to Lady Liberty by iconic film composer John Williams, “Three Dance Variations” from Bernstein’s Fancy Free, featured in the movie Maestro, and Copland’s Lincoln Portrait, narrated by broadcast legend Ron Della Chiesa.\n
